Terms and Conditions
01. Amendment Clause
The Client may request changes or amendments to the details outlined in this proposal up to 1 month before the actual event date subject to material availability. After this period, any changes may not be accommodated due to time constraints, availability of materials, and pre-scheduled preparations. Artcammy reserves the right to charge additional fees for any amendments requested after the 1-month cutoff, subject to feasibility.
02. Access and Setup Timing
The Client must provide Artcammy and its team access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the event’s start to allow sufficient time for setup. Artcammy is not responsible for incomplete setups resulting from restricted access or delays caused by the venue or other vendors.
03 . Venue Conditions
Artcammy is not liable for any challenges or delays caused by venue-related issues, including but not limited to insufficient space, structural restrictions, or conditions that deviate from agreed-upon specifications.
04 . Weather and Outdoor Installations
For outdoor setups, the Client acknowledges that adverse weather conditions may affect the decorations, particularly fresh florals. Artcammy is not liable for damages caused by natural elements such as rain, wind, heat, or humidity. Clients must provide a backup plan for inclement weather.
05. Fresh Floral Materials
The Client understands that fresh flowers are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and color due to seasonal availability. Artcammy will make every effort to use the agreed-upon florals but reserves the right to substitute blooms with similar alternatives if specific flowers are unavailable. No refunds will be issued for these substitutions or natural imperfections in the flowers.
06. Artistic Interpretation of Sketches
All designs, including sketches provided during the planning phase, are intended as conceptual representations. The Client acknowledges that the final decorations may differ due to practical adjustments, flower availability, and the artistic discretion of Artcammy’s design team. Variations are a natural part of the creative process and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
07. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the agreed design, setup, or timeline must be communicated at least 2 months in advance. Cancellations after this period will result in forfeiture of any deposits or payments made, as materials and labor are committed to the project.
08. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences, minor variations in design execution, or issues caused by:
- Delays or interference from third parties
(e.g., other vendors, guests). - Changes requested by the Client outside the agreed timeline.
- Natural variations in fresh florals or substitutions due to unavailability.
- Events beyond Artcammy’s control, such as force majeure
(e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

Artcammy is not responsible for non performance or delays due to events beyond its control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
